Happy New Year, Iraq!

exemplary executions
Saddam Hussein is dead. The NYTimes reviews the monster's life and catalogue of terror. What can you say but "Good riddance, you ****!" I'm delighted with Iraq's efficient judicial procedures. Despite their other failings, as an avid admirer of Capital Punishment, I'm deeply impressed with muslims (and Commnist Chinese, for that matter) when it comes to garbage disposal. Lotsa liberals, libertarians and left-wingers everywhere will protest, screeching about ethics and a mass-murderer's right to life. Those soft-cocks only approve of killing innocent humans when victims are foetuses, children born with deformities, terminally ill, in vegetative states, or the elderly - condemned for crimes of 'inconvenience'.

How appropriate Saddam should die during muslims' Eid celebrations (where they sacrifice a beast). Hope the muzzies don't get offended about executions on a holy holiday. Or else they might start rioting, bombing and erupt in mass surges of wanton killing... oh, wait... they do that stuff anyway. Never mind.

Saddam better pray the atheists were right, otherwise he's got some serious 'splainin to do upon meeting his maker - not to mention a rather 'heated' foreverafterlife. Other brutal despots, murderous nasties or otherwise undesirables snuffed out in 2006 and destined for a fiery eternity, include:

* Slobodan Milosevic (Yugoslavian nutcase)
* Abu Musab al-Zarqawi (Al Qaeda nutcase)
* Shamil Basayev (Chechnyan nutcase)
* Augusto Pinochet (Chilean nutcase)
* Helen Clark (a boy can dream, can't he?)

Oh, well. Let's hope Helen makes it onto the 2007 list [although it's not midnight yet - she can still make the '06 cut if she hurries!]
